My Bebby After Repeat Win at Belmont Today Valadium May Rule Choiceto-Beat Bieber Filfy in Patricia BELMONT PARK, Belmont, L. I:, N. Y., June 14.— A six-furlong dash for three-year-old fillies, called the Patricia Purse, heads tomorrows off-day program at Belr mont Park. A field of five has been named for this dash, headed by Isidor Biebers My Bebby, a hard-hitting graduate from the. claiming ranks, who beat Prospect and other colts in 1:10.% earlfer this week. My Bebby has to pick up 121 pounds tomorrow, most of which will be Bennie Green, conceding from six" to 13 pounds to her rivals. Of these, Harry LaMontagnes Valadium looms the most dangerous and will probably be a short-priced favorite with Eddie Arcaro in the saddle at 115 pounds. Valadium has -started only twice this year, beating Hay Mom and My Bebby for her debut at six furlongs, after being all but left at the post. She was then a weary eighth in the Coaching Club American Oaks, tiring badly at the end as though not up to a mile and three furlongs. Valadium gave two pounds to My Bebby in their previous encounter and receives six tomorrow. The others in the Patricia Purse are El-mendorfs Miss Meggy, 115; C. V.. Whitneys Fleecy Cloud, 112, and J. T. Maloneys Eraser, 108. Miss Meggy finished sixth in the Acorn Stakes at one mile last out, tiring badly after three-quarters, and won a sprint in good company at Jamaica early in the season. No rider has been named for the Rustom Sirdar filly. Fleecy Cloud was a surprise winner here, but Toto was the best of those she beat. Dave Gorman will ride the Eight- Thirty filly, who failed to confirm her victory last out. Eraser is a speedy miss and will doubtless be in front for a part of the Patricia. She has been unable to stick it out all the way this year, however, and finished fourth in a dash won by Recline last out. The Patricia is preceded by a five-furlong dash on the straight course for maiden juvenile colts and geldings, which has attracted several fashionally-bred youngsters who may go on to better things. In this category are Greentree Stables The Minor, a half-brother to Capot, who had an •asy race last out, a dash won by his stablemate Office Party and Maine Chance Farms Jet Jewel, a highly regarded son of Jet Pilot from Crepe Myrtle, thus a half-brother to Myrtle Charm. Jet Jewel made his debut in the dash in which The Pimpernel set his worlds record for four, and a half furlongs on the straight course. Jet Jewel was favored in that race and was beaten only two and a half lengths.
