LISTEN TIGER was knocked back sharply leaving the backstretch and turned in a good effort thereafter to outfinish the others. SNOWFLARES improved his position under pressure but was not good enough. HONEY ETHEL raced evenly. LIBRAB faltered after racing forwardly. DISKY flattened out badly .after displaying speed. ON THE WING quit, as did GINNY GAL. FENTY 0., unhurried while formidable early, responded to strong urging through the stretch and assumed command and held sway. BO MOWLEE was forced to race wice while improving his position and closed determinedly. COUNT STEEL drove from just off the pace to wrest command in the early stretch, then gave way. LOTOFTOWN dueled for the lead to the late stretch and fought it out gamely. VERA CONNELLY made up ground steadily. FREE AND EQUAL was unable to draw clear early and flattened out. REBORN, taken up sharply "while attempting to rally from last position in vicinity of the three-eiqhths post, circled the field thereafter and was full of run at the end. OFF AT 3:041 EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME. Start good from stall gate. Won ridden out; second and third driving. EAST BAY dueled for the lead from the outside and drew clear steadily while being mildly urged through the stretch. G. R. PETERSEN raced with the leaders, but was no match for the winner during the final test. TOP STEP showed good soeed to the stretch and gave the impression of being green while tiring and drifting out. IDEALIST held a slight lead along the backstretch and faltered. WINDSOR PARK was taken up sharply leaving the backstretch. SEER could not keep up. MISSISSIPPI quit early. CORNWALL was not rushed while unable to stay with the leaders along the back stretchy saved ground while moving into contention and responded to good urging to gain the decision. LITTLE HARP raced THIN DIME into defeat after a half mile, held on tenaciously thereafter, but could not resist the winner. CURTAIN TIME, always formidable, was outgamed by LITTLE HARP. PRINCE COLE, steadied on the turn, continued on gamely. THIN DIME weakened only slightly after racing with the early leader. BIR ACKEIM lacked a rally, but appears ready for a top route effort. SEA FAN attained a commanding advantage in the opening furlong, continued well clear into the stretch, then drifted to the inside, for which she was disqualified and placed last. WINSHIP, always prominent, endeavored to reach the leader from the inside, was taken up-sharply just inside the furlong post and failed to again menace. SATIN SLIPPER closed willingly, but could not reach the top ones. QUIZ SONG was no match for the early leader and quit. GORGEOUS REDED turned in a dull effort with: no apparent excuse.
