Change in Also-Eligibles BELMONT PARK,- Elmont, L. I., N. Y., June 14.— A slight change has been made in the revised method of selecting the also eligibles who will replace scratched horses in the races on the New York tracks. Also eligibles will continue to be drawn by lot, following the practice instituted earlier in the week, but they will take the outside post positions, instead of filling the place of the scratched horse.
