MYTHOLOGICAL broke alertly, raced on even terms with the leaders, was carried wide on the final turn, assumed command and came back in, then drew clear. MR. FLARES, a forward factor from the beginning, drifted out and hampered the rider rounding the turn, was taken-back in and closed willingly. FIGHT FOR IT saved ground to better late position. SMILING EYES weakened. DOT H. had no mishap. GREAT MORNiNG was in closequarters. MESL had no mishap. FAIR REVENGE showed nothing. LADY CARRIE lacked a late rally. WOOLLARDS PET outran the field to take a comfortable lead, saved ground throughout and prevailed under stout pressure. FARM MAID rallied in the late stages to close on the leader and just missed. QUATREFOIL, in closest altendance of the pace, held on gamely through the stretch. BILL ROSS, in hand to the far turn, moved to the outside near contention, then flattened out. EUGARP, in hand and trying to bear out down the backstretch, failed to rally under late urging. ISOLUC caughUtiring horses. LITTLE WHIM raced close to the pace and saved ground on the turns, assumed command before entering the stretch, responded gamely to a steady hand ride and maintained the advantage to the end. ROSE KING was sent up on the outside in the final quarter mile and closed with a determined rush. RED HOOPS, hustled after three furlongs, moved along the inside to be near the leader, then weakened. USUAL passed tiring horses. COURT ETHEL broke sluggishly, was rushed on the outside, but failed to reach contention. GAME LADY had speed for a half mile. JAHI tired. BROADWAY TED was outrun. BASIS broke alertly, was unhurried to reach the leaders after a half mile, assumed command, and drew out easily. HIGH HEAD improved position along the inside and continued on gamely although no match for the winner. MISS STONE was sent to the outside in the stretch, but failed to menace. GREAT ADMIRAL weakened. CON MERCHANT set a rapid pace for a half mile before tiring. MYEERAH broke sluggishly and was unable to make up appreciable ground. GOLUPTIOUS showed nothing. GRAY CHIEF was outrun. DAUNTEDID opened a commanding lead soon after the start, was allowed to drift out slightly on the turns, but had enough left to maintain advantage over HAPPY BOUND. The latter reserved along the inside, rallied mildly when set down, but was unable to reach the winner. IN TASTE moved threateningly on the inside after three furlongs, drew hv closest attendance of the leader, then faltered. SAINT NICHOLAS was closing stoutly at the end. DOGS UP had no mishap. SIMMS broke alertly, was placed under steadying restraint in closest attendance of the leader, moved to outside when roused and overcame interference to outfinish LITTLE STEP. The latter opened a clear advantage at. once, increased the margin after a half mile, was put to pressure in the stretch and swerved to the outside bothering SIMMS. TIOCIRO moved close to the pace after six furlongs, rallied mildly on the outside, but was not good enough. ABSTRACT, unable to get through along the rail, swung to the outside, swerved under pressure, but was not good enough. DATELINE was going stoutly at the end. WHIRLING BAT remained alongside of ABSTRACT throughout and lacked racing room when moving along the inside. REGAL had no mishap. LARRY ELLIS lacked a rally. The others wereoutrun.
