Root Arrival at Monmouth OCEANPORT, N. J., May 31. Trainer Tommy Root arrived at Monmouth Park to look after 12 horses bedded down for the coming June 14 August 9 meeting. Another half dozen have been shipped to Delaware, and the entire stable will later be gathered at the seaside tracks to give Root a strong hand in the division of purse and stakes money at the session. Root arrived from Kentucky, where he proved signally successful.
