May Transfer to Cumberland BEL AIR, Md., May 30. J. Fred Colwill, racing secretary here and at Cumberland race track, which opens June 10, today notified horsemen that those who so desired can leave their colors and papers with him and pick them up at Cumberland, as ColwiHis transferring his office in its entirety to Cumberland following the ciose here tomorrow.
