Joseph L. Lurding Succumbs LOUISVILLE, Ky., June 27 Joseph L. Lurding, former race horse owner, died here yesterday of a heart attack. Lurding was stricken at his home shortly after noon and was pronounced dead on arrival at St. Josephs Infirmary. Lurding raced a large string on the Kentucky and Michigan circuits and other tracks for .many years. Funeral services will be held Monday.
