Sailed Away Scores Popular Victory aT Suffolk Downs SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., June 27. Sailed Away, a three-year-old chestnut son of War Admiral Gentle Tryst, from the Mario Stable, scored a popular victory in the Andover Purse here this afternoon before a crowd of 10,082. Receiving an energetic ride from jockey Roberto Gonzalez, Sailed Away came to the end of the six furlongs a length and a half before Mrs. N. J. Agnellos Pinocchio, with Barclay Stables Mollie Fagan taking third position a head back of the runner-up. A cool east wind was just as welcome as the favorite for the patrons who attended the semi-final day of the current 60-day session. The heavy shower which fell in this sector last evening dulled the racing strip, but the winds helped to dry it out well enough to be termed good after the third race; Sailed Away was timed in 1:12 and paid .40.
