Special Train Service to Pimlico PIMLICO. Baltimore, Md., May 5.— The Baltimore and Ohio railroad has arranged special service from Philadelphia to Pimlico via the crack Royal Blue. The train will leave Philadelphia at 11:10 D.S.T.. and Wilmington, Del., at 11:35 D.S.T., arriving Baltimore 12:38. The Royal Blue will stop at a suburban Baltimore station and Pimlico bound passengers will be carried to the race track from that point by a shuttle bus. Return trip will leave Baltimore at 5:46 with the bus leaving the track immediately after the last race. This service is set up for Mondays only, during the Garden I State dark days, and will also be used on Saturday. May 23, Preakness Day. Washington racing fans can use the special Capital Transit Co. bus service from that city daily. Runs will start at 10:45 a. m. and continue until 11:45 a. m.
