Dismiss Charges Against Ames BALTIMORE, Md., May 5. — Charges of technical manslaughter by automobile and technical reckless driving against William Ames, publicity director of Bowie and Nar -ragansett Park race courses, were dismissed at two hearings in Baltimore today.
