Silberman Returns to Cleveland ASCOT PARK, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, May 5. — President Saul Silberman of Randall Park Jockey Club returned from the Derby by plane yesterday and will establish residence in Cleveland until after Labor Day, when Randalls 44-day meeting ends. Silberman s first task will be to supervise the last minute details of preparing for the 43 -night harness race meeting at nearby Painesville Raceway, of which he Is also president.
