Our Emblem Storms Up On Outside to Triumph Whips Residient and Arbezac; Hartack Rides Four Winners By FRED GALIANI DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 3. Our Emblem stormed up on the outside in the featured Richardson Park Purse here this afternoon to score in a three-way photo. Under Willie Passmores urging, Our Emblem, owned by George T. Weymouth, headed Killian Farms pace-setting Resilient, while George Murdochs Abbezac was another noseback in third plandce. Our Emblem, winning his first race of the year in seven starts, paid 9.40 for his victory over the favored Resilient. The time for the mile and a sixteenth over a fast track was 1:46. Abbezac, who came after them had to take up when Carrion tried to send him through horses and was caught in close quarters. Rounding the turn,- Resilient maintained a slight lead, while Abbezac finally got through. Our Emblem came up on the j outside of him and the three of them I swept down the stretch, locked in battle. I There wasnt much to choose as they j neared the finish, but Our Emblem gradu-j ally inched his way forward and went j under the wire a head to the good. There I was a tight finish for second, with the nod going to the favorite. The Daily Double returned .3, .20 on the combination of Fox Trail Farms Thane of Fife, a first-time starter, who came up a good thing in the opener, and Jospeh Cud-ones Four Jacks in the second race. Thane of Fife, by Cedar Creek Dribblet, was hammered down to .60, while Four Jacks returned even.
