Admiral Chaney Upsets In Rockingham Sprint Whips Stoney Creek by Head in Sharon Purse; Draw Runs Third By AVERY BROWN Staff Correspondent ROCKINGHAM PARK, Salem, N. H., June 10. Admiral Chaney, sporting the silks of the Cali York Stable, provided a mild upset in the featured Sharon Purse at Rockingham Park today as he drove to. a head decision over Ed Haughtons favored Stoney Creek. Four and a half lengths back of the dueling pair, F. L. Travers Draw wound up third, defeating Lady Bent by a nose. In picking up his first victory of the 1954 season, the War Admiral colt was timed the six panels in JL : 11 and paid 3.40.
