Dayis to Take Oyer Toronto String of Green Valley Stable THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, June 10. Doug Davis, Jr., who has one of the largest and most successful stables on the grounds, will take over the horses of the Green Valley Stable of Florence L. Rhoady of Toronto, Canada. Lord Lochinvar already has arrived from Kentucky, and Kentario, a son of Whirla-way, is on the way from Woodbine Park. While at the latter track, Kentario set a new six-furlong track record of 1:10, which was two-fifths better than the old mark. Kentario is a nominee for the rich ThistleDown Cup, to be run here July 17. Davis also reports that Natchez Girl will probably start here next week in preparation for the Imp Handicap to be run later this month at six furlongs. While at Keene-land this spring, Natchez Girl was third to Hasty House Farms Queen Hopeful.
