DeSpirito Makes Useless Trip ROCKINGHAM PARK, Salem, N. H., June 10. Darrell Madden and Tony DeSpirito returned here today after a brief sojourn to Delaware and Belmont Park, respectively. Madden was unsuccessful with Adored in the Polly Drummond Stakes, while DeSpiritos trip to New York proved a fizzle. After being engaged to handle" Maine Chance Farms Fascinator in the Top Flight Handicap, DeSpirito left here Tuesday afternoon before being notified in time that the Maine Chance miss had not been entered in the event. The Lawrence, Mass., boy wired his agent to the effect he would not get back to the track in time to accept mounts on todays card.
