Paul Ward Gains Top Spot In ThisleDown Jockeys Race THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, June 10. Jockey Paul A. Ward took over leadership in the local jockey standings by riding Mrs. L. Frys Double Hustle to a hard-earned tally in Wednesdays third race. The veteran saddle star, who was one of the leading riders at Randall Park several years ago, has been displaying excel lent form at this meeting. Double Hustle brought his total wins to six, which is one ahead of Billy Sackett and Eddie Plesa. Riding star of Wednesdays program was apprentice Walter Blum, who scored a double and now has four victories at the meeting. He rode Blue Shore and Air Count to winning races.
