Invitations for Bunker Hill Mile Feature Put in Mails ROCKINGHAM PARK, Salem, N. H June 10 The field for the 0,000 added Bunker Hill Invitation Mile to be run at Rockingham Park on Thursday, June 17, is beginning to take shape. Invitations "have been sent out to trainer Max Hirsch for the King Ranch, "Bill" Winfrey for A. G. Van-derbile and Phil Bieber in New York. Hirsch has named On Your Own, winner of the Betsy Ross Stakes at Garden State Park; Winfrey nominated Crash Dive and Find, and Bieber named Mrs. Phil Biebers Bicarb and M. S. Goldnamers Haviland. Inasmuch as no entries will be accepted for the mile event, Winfrey and Bieber will decide at a later date as to which will represent them. Locally invitations have been offered for Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Lingles Larry Ellis, M. C. Sims Blessbull, River Divide Farms Andre, Irving Gushens Soldier Son, Morrie SidelJs News Again and J. M. Beatties Park Dandy. Under the conditions of the Bunker Hill Invitation, there will be no nominating fee and it will cost 5.00 to start. In addition to the winners share of the prize, ,000 goes to the horse finishing second; ,000 for third and ,000 for fourth. Weights for the race will be published on June 14.
