Board Approves Officials For Cahokia Downs Meeting EAST ST. LOUIS, 111., June 15, The Illinois Racing Board has approved the following officials for the coming meeting at the East St. Louis Jockey Club at its Cahokia- Downs course. Judge Ralph W. Choisser, steward representing the Illinois State Racing Board; Kenneth G. Mcintosh and Thomas J. Brown as associate stewards; George Moles-worth as stewards assistant. Thomas J. Brown will also be director of racing. John J. Klucina racing secretary and handicapper, David L. Russell, Raymond E. Hopton and George Holesworthas the placing judges. J. Homer Ellis and William Hodson, patrol judges. C. C. Masden, paddock judge and identifier: Emil M. Roehm, clerk of scales; John Daniel, announcer; John L. Ryan, Timer; C. H. McMillan, starter; Edward J. Griffin, jockey room custodian; Jack Purcell, superintendent of admissions and mutuel manager; Dr. E. F. Curran, track physician; Dr. C. H. Rogers, state veterinarian; Dr. L. J. Stortz, track veterinarian; Frank Squires, track superintendent; .Claude Wisehart, assistant track superintendent.
