Another Warrant Issued Against Fight Manager Municipal Judge Oscar S. Caplan yesterday disclosed that an additional warrant has been issued against James Riley, Detroit fight manager already charged with filing a false affidavit in connection with a fight here this spring. A warrant on a charge of conducting a sham boxing contest was issued against Riley. Judge Caplan said his bond of 00 would remain unchanged and set July 27 for the hearing on defense motions to quash both charges. Riley was charged after a fight in which he managed a fighter advertised as Paul Holman. The fighter lost a one-round technical kayo to Dick Gerber at Rainbo Arena, and it was discovered the real Holman was in military service. Riley said he had been deceived, and Illinois Athletic Commissioner Lou Rad-zienda said the commission would not tolerate "this type of thing." i i I
