Eleven Haggin Runners Due at Arlington Friday Homestake and Smart Devil Top String Under Joe Kramers Care Eleven thoroughbreds belonging to Louis Lee Haggin II. are due to arrive at Arlington Park Friday. Included in the string are the stakes winners, Homestake and Smart Devil, the latter a possible candidate for the June 24 opening day feature, the 5,000-added Primer Stakes. The Haggin string, under the care of trainer Joe Kramer, has been campaigning at Delaware Park and, prior to that, at Kentucky and Maryland tracks. Homestake is a candidate for the 55.-000 Arlington Classic.
