Rorick and Lane Leading Money Winner at Omaha AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., June 21.— For the second straight week the W. D. Rorick and L. O. Lane stable of Johnson, Kansas, is the top money-winning stable at the Ak-Sar-Ben meeting in Omaha. . "Spec" Lane, who has 31 head here in the Kansas string, has found a winning one-two punch in his two good handicap runners, Pepper NSalt and Blue Call. After 24 days of the current 35-day Ak-Sar-Ben meeting, Rorick and Lane and company lead other stables with total earnings of 4,480. Close behind the leader is C. E. Brown, Jr., Scottsdale, Ariz., with 0,247.50. Fred Wyse, the Houston, Texas, horseman, has been among the 10 leaders for the entire meeting and is now third. Others among the top 10, in order, are Dr. T. M. Johnson, Del Rio, Texas; Guy and Walter Shultz, Marland, Okla.; Ed Luther, Wis-ner, Okla.; J. K. Houssels, Las Vegas, Nev.; Jesse Byrd, Las Vegas, Nev.; Gold Tree Stables, Azusa, Calif., and Earl Judd, -Chula Vista. Calif.
