Charles DistributesStakeBlanks DETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, Mich., June 21. — Randall Park stake blanks were distributed to local horsemen here today by W. E. Charles, Jr., who will serve in an official capacity at the meeting opening at the near-Cleveland, Ohio track on July 20. Richest of the 11 added money fixtures slated for decision this .season is the 5,000 Buckeye Handicap, one mile and one furlong for three-year-olds and up, which is to have its renewal on September 4.
