Offer ,700,000 for Las Vegas LAS VEGAS, Nevada, June 21.— Roy Flip-pin, trustee of the bankrupt Las Vegas Jockey Club, said he had received an offer of ,700,000 to pay off creditors and bond holders in full for control of the racing plant and 480 acres near the fabulous Las Vegas strip. Flippin said he would recommend its acceptance to bankruptcy referee Benno Brink.
