Your Committee on International Relations respectfully tenders the following report for the consideration of the meeting: 1. The committee has prepared a comprehensive list of foreign turf bodies which, in its opinion, might be interested in having representation at our meeting. A copy of that list is hereto appended. Invitations have gone forward to all organizations named in the list, and we anticipate numerous replies and some acceptances prior to the date set for our meeting. 2. The committee respectfully asks permission to file a supplemental report at the time of the meeting listing those organizations which have accepted our invitation and giving the names of their representatives who, we know, will be most welcome to participate in our deliberations. 3. As of the date of this report several invited organizations have expressed regret that they are unable to send representatives, but have requested copies of our printed proceedings.
