Wright Memorial Closes For Nominations Today WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, 111., June 17. Horsemen were reminded today by racing secretary Frederick G. "Pat" Farrell that nominations close Saturday, June 18, for the 5,000 added Warren Wright Memorial July 2 feature of Arlington Parks second Saturday of racing. The Warren Wright is a seven furlongs dash limited to three-year-olds. Arlington Park launches its 29th season Monday with the 5,00 added Primer Stakes, five and one-half furlongs dash for two-year-olds.
