Frank White Stays at Delaware D.ELAWARE PAR:, Stanton, Del., June 1. Trainer Frdnk White, assistant to Hirsch Jacobs, will remain at Delaware Park following the running of todays 5,000 added Kent Stakes in which he saddled Mrs. Ethel D. Jacobs Roscoe Maney. White will supervise the conditioning of two jumpers Basil Bee and George Murphy. Basil Bee, a winner over brush last year, is a candidate for the 0,000 added Tom Roby Steeplechase on June 10.
