Perry B. Tank Under Surgery BELLEVILLE, 111., June-1. Trainer Perry B. Tank, who has an eight-horse stable at nearby Cahokia Downs, was operated on here last night for a ruptured appendix at.j the St. Elizabeth Hospital. The operation wasa success. Tank trains for Al Well-man, a JvTew Orleans horseman. He complained of being ill at- the track and was rushed to the hospital and the operation was ordered.
