Osborne Changes His Plans BEULAH PARK, Grove City, Ohio, June 1. Gale Osborne, champion trainer of the Beulah Park spring meeting, today canceled his stabling accommodations at Ca-hokia Downs. Instead, Osborne plans to ship his 19 -horse stable to his farm at Lancaster, near here. He will await the start of the Louisville, Ky., Fairgrounds meeting June 26 although there is a possibility that he will ship a division of his extensive menage to River Downs.
