Seven of Ascots Top Routers Compete Today Golden Lark, Entangler, Deadly Actor, Bryn and Bradley Entered By BOB HURLEY Staff Correspondent ASCOT PARK, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, May 6. — Seven of the best routers here, including Ed Klammers "Cinderella" mare, Golden Lark: Deadly Actor, owned by Akronite George Bills Jr.: Mrs. Laura HamiUs Entangler, Darwin E. Lovemans Bradley and Bindofer and Porers Bryn have drawn positions for Thursdays feature, an allowance race to qaulify horses for the 0,000 added Gold Cup on May 16. Golden Lark, Deadly Actor and Entangler have been asked to carry 119 pounds over the Akron course, just short of 1 5-16 miles. Sea Rose, owned by the Three H. Stable has been assigned 111 pounds; Darwin E. Lovemens Bradley, 110; Bryn, 110 and William Zakoors Clay Mouse, 102. Golden Lark, purchased 18 months ago for only 76 has won two handicaps here, the Akron at 1 1-16 miles and the Pittsburgh at 7 furlongs. Deadly Actor finished a nose back of Blue Amber in the second division of the Akron Handicap and Bryn scored an easy win last week in another Gold Cup qualifying test, but lost his preference when claimed out of the winning effort by his present owners. Golden Lark, Deadly Actor, Bryn and Bradley all won this winter on Florida tracks; Golden Lark at Tropical; Bryn at Gulfstream, and Deadly Actor and Bradley at Hialeah and Gulfstream. It was at the latter track that Loveman claimed Bradley, with the Ohio distance series and the Ascot [Gold Cup in mind.
