Ohio Commission Expected To Hear Case at May 14 Meet COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 6. — The Ohio Racing Commission probably will consider the cases of an Ascot Park owner-trainer and three grooms suspended in the April 3 stimulation of the horse, Josie, at its next meeting, scheduled for 10 a. m. EST Thursday, May 14, here. The four — under indefinite suspension as ordered by Ascot Park stewards, who referred their cases to the commission — are: owner-trainer Edward G. Gallrein, Pleasure Ridge Park, Ky., and grooms Clifford Mills, also of Pleasure Ridge Park, and Ernest Vontress and Vant A. Logan, both of Louisville, Ky. At a recent hearing for the four here, William Carroll, former Ohio director of commerce and assistant attorney general; served as referee. Witnesses included the quartet under suspension, William J. Cull, Ohios supervisor of horse racing; Dr. Joseph Solomon, commission veterinarian at Ascot Park, and Stanley Morgan, of the Ben-Venue Laboratory, Bedford,
