Jersey HBPA Meet Monday GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 6. — Tommy Heard Jr., president of the New Jersey division of the Horsemens Benevolent Protective Association, today reminded all members that a general meeting is to be held here Monday morning at 10:30 a.m. for the purpose of nominating I new officers. The meeting will take place in the recreation room of the Weiler Building in the local stable area. No date has yet been set for the election of officers.
