River Downs Opens Office At Track for Coming Meet CINCINNATI, Ohio, May 6. — River Downs scheduled to open its 44-day meeting on Friday, May 29, has opened its offices at the track for the advance sale of tickets and other business. Although the finishing touches are currently being applied to another extensive beautification and improvement program, president Leon Slavin said that all prices, with one exception, which have been in effect since the 1955 inaugural meeting under the new ownership would remain the same. Improvements at River Downs totaling over a million dollars have been completed during the past four years.
