CHERSONESE reached the lead shortly after the start, rapidly established a commanding advantage and continued to widen on his field while winning easily. ETTA FRANCE saved ground throughout and lasted over ANCRUM CASTLE. The latter was steered out for the drive and finished evenly. GRAND SUSPENSE weakened after three furlongs. The latter, with the pace from the outset, took a slight lead in the deep stretch and could not last. BULLY BOLERO was sent around rivals with a rush turning into the stretch, opened a clear advantage and faltered late. FAULTY rallied insufficiently. RADIO ROME weakened in the drive.
