SPECIAL TRAIN SERVICE FOR AMERICAN DERBY HOMEWOOD, 111., June 18. The Illinois Central Railroad has made arrangements to operate as many special trains from downtown Chicago to Washington Park as will be necessary to convey American Derby fans to the track. There will be at least fourteen of these special trains, the lirst leaving Randolph street at 12 oclock noon and the others following at intervals of only a few minutes. This service is expected to prove particularly advantageous to the thousands of visitors in the city for both the derby and the heavyweight championship fight on Tuesday. Of course the usual number of Chi-cagoans will avail themselves of the same transportation.
