MUSICAL JACK, away fastest of all and kept well out in the track, after swerving to the inside in the first few strides, cave way when PALATINE BELLE drove through on the inside to take command before reaching the final half mile, came fast when ready, drew away rapidly and won easily. IMPERIAL POLLY, knocked back soon after the starti worked her way forward steadily when in stride and closed with a rush. FUMBLE was forced over slightly at the break and tired in the final eighth. PALATINE BELLE tifed. MINT FLAVOR was caught in a jam soon after the break. COUNT MAURICE showed speed for five-sixteenths. BLACK SERGEANT was caught in the early jam. Scratched 42835 Hatty, 106. INDEFINITE used up in the pace, tired after a half mile. COURT made up ground. TARPON sprinted into a clear lead early but tired fast in the drive. KING BEE jumped into the air at the start, improved his position under strong urging and finished strongly. CAPITALIST, a strong factor from the start, tired in the drive. The latter worked his way forward steadily, was forced to lose ground at the stretch bend and tired after offering a bold bid nearing the final quarter. WICKED TIME raced wide and showed little. KINGSBURYy a strong factor from the start, bore over slightly when offering a bold bid nearing the final eighth, tired thereafter and was much the best of the others. MYSTIC SIGN, neyer far back, was guided to the inside entering the stretch, was eased when in close quarters and tired thereafter. RED FLYER raced wide but finished well. FUNDERBURG raced wide.
