Adams, authorized agent for Hunt, Beezley and Boeing, filed a claim for Pat Bane in the second race, the horse being owned by Hunt, Beezley and Boeing. "The stewards voided the claim because of the direct racing connection between Adams and Hunt, Beezley and Boeing as provided by the rules of racing. "Harold D. Adams had sought advice from .the stewards and was told the claim would not be recognized. For disregarding the advice of Uie stewards, which he sought, Harold D. Adams U fined 00.
