MRS. NUSBAUM RETIRING HARTLAND, Wis., June 18. Mrs. C. S. Nusbaum, owner of Oakwoods Farm, has disposed of all of her broodmares and horses in training at private sale. Joseph Donner of Chicago purchased Onwentsia, Onslaught, Oakwoods Judge, Oakwoods Lady and Oak-woods Lad. Roger R. Austin, of Lancaster, Wisconsin, bought the broodmares Cousin Emma and Susan Slick. Oakwoods Judge, Lady and Lad together with Oakwoods Boy and Oakcines, still on the Farm were all foaled on Mrs. Nusbaums Farm. Mrs. Nusbaum, has concluded that upon the sale of Oakwoods Farm and the remaining horses, she will definitely retire from all racing and I breeding activities.
