j CARDINALIS DEFEATS STUBBS Lewis Colorbearer Outstays Martin Racer in Class C Handicap at Aqueduct Sunport Third. NEW YORK, N. Y., June 18. Sprinters of the class C variety, to race six and a half furlongs, met in the best offering at Aqueduct today, ahdthe winner turned up in Mrs,. E. Graham Lewis Cardinalis, when in a driving finish he led home Townsend B. Martins Stubbs, with A. D. B. Pratts Sunport beating Nautch for third. The card was one of seven races with considerable variety and while the going was muddy from the recent rains, weather conditions were pleasant and a big crowd was out. In the Rubicon Handicap, as the sprint was christened, there were ten appeared under silks and the start was a good one with Nautch having a shade on the others when Workman rushed him away from the number one stall.
