FINAL TRIALS FOR DERBY HOMEWOOD, 111., June 18. With the "dogs" up and the track heavy, five three-year-olds named for the American Derby tomorrow received their final "blowouts" this morning at Washington Park; They were Case Ace, Mars Shield and Military, which went a "half mile each, and Dellor ! and Eagle Pass, which finished up their preps with spins of three-eighths. Case Ace and Mars Shield, traveling together, were timed in .Sl4, and Military in :52, all of them breezing. Dellor went handily in his move, which was accomplished in :36, while Eagle Pass was only breezing to complete his work in :10v
