FLYING GYPSY showed speed from the start and had no mishaps. ROCKY MARGOT dropped back after the break and came again at the end. GOLD CROSS was shuffled back after the break. BUDGET BOY jumped well throughout and, kept in a forward position, swerved under urging after taking the twelfth fence, responded when called upon in the final quarter mile and drew away. HURRY HARRY jumped well and close up from the start was bothered slightly when the winner swerved, then closed gamely on the inside. LITTLE HURD was under snug restraint the first part, improved his position steadily, but lost a stirrup iron at the thirteenth fence. THE BLACKGUARD showed a good effort throughout. DUNDRIL-LIN dropped far back in the first turn of the field and could not menace the leaders when called upon. FLYING FEATHERS faltered badly in the final half mile. MAEAYRES swerved to the inside at the start, drew away into a safe lead but sulked in the final eighth, then came again in the final strides. LONG WAVE dropped back after the break and made up ground slowly at the end. MARY SENATE showed an even effort throughout. LILTING and IDOLIZE went extremely wide rounding the turn. CHEHALIS, well placed in the early running, forced the early pace, raced PHOTOGRAPHY into the ground, took a short lead on the lower turn, but tired in the drive. OUR JOHNNY, well placed in the early running, took the lead with a rush after going a half mile, drew away on the lower .turn but tired badly in the closing sixteenth.
