NAVAL REVIEW APRIL 27 WASHINGTON, D. C, April 13. An announcement was made yesterday by the Navy that the main body of the United States fleet would parade before Secretary of the Navy Swanson on April 27 off the Virginia Capes in the first such review in the Atlantic in five years. About seventy war craft will participate in the event.
