POSTPONE STEEL HEELS DEBUT LOUISVILLE, Ky:, April 13. The intended 1939 racing debut of Steel Heels, a Kentucky Derby eligible, owned by Junius W. Bell, of Louisville, has been postponed and his first appearance of the season will be made here at Churchill Downs, possibly in the Derby Trial Stakes. The stable originally had planned to send the son of Harry Baker and Fast Heels to Lexington for an engagement at Keeneland. Steel Heels has been training steadily and Bell is much pleased with the present condition of his Derby eligible whose training is being supervised by Frank P. Letellier.
