0 TOOLE RIDERS REPORT LEXINGTON, Ky., April 13. T. P. Martin and apprentice William Prehm, attached to the Blue Ridge Stable of William OToole, Chicago sportsman, reported today to trainer Otto Bagley, who has a division of the OToole stable at the trotting track. Roy Slomer has been appointed agent for the stable and will make the riding engagements for Martin and Prehm.
