GULFSTREAM AFFAIR IN COURT PAWTUCKET, R. I., April 13. Jack Horning, president of ill-fated Gulfstream Park, at Hollywood, Fla., stopped in Providence last night. In response to queries, Horning asserted that he will be back at the helm of Gulfstream, if and when the park opens next season. "The whole affair is in the courts and it is impossible to say what will come of it," Horning commented. He was reluctant to express an opinion on whether the Florida Racing Commission would grant the track dates next winter. "That," he said, "depends largely on a decision to be reached by the state legislature."
