I CONDEMN PREMIER MUSSOLINI LONDON, England, April 13 The choice by Premier Mussolini of Good Friday for his invasion of Albania was bitterly assailed byForeign Secretary Viscount Halifax in the House of Lords today. "No one act in this business has more effectively shocked religious sentiment everywhere," he said, "than the fact it should have been initiated on a day which most Christians hold the most sacred of the year."
