IRENES BOB was sent into command shortly after the start and, rated along under restraint while saving ground, finished well on his own courage. MATCH POINT, under pressure in the stretch, closed with a rush. CHIMNEY TOP was bothered going to the far turn, was then taken to the outside and closed gamely. WAUGH POP saved ground in the early stages and had no mishaps at the finish. KERMAY saved ground on the stretch turn and tired in the closing sixteenth. CHILIAD showed early speed. GRAEME CRACKER had no mishaps. ANGUS and GOOD BEHAVIOR were away slowly and outrun. BROOKE HEROD bolted at the start and was pulled up. Scratched 59150 Royal Fox, 115. The latter moved up gamely, under pressure while on the outside on the stretch turn, but tired steadily in the final drive. EVA R., weakly handled in the early stages and, taken to the outside for the stretch drive, closed with a rush. PANSYS FIRST was under urging throughout and had no mishaps. BEAUFAST, from a slow start, closed a gap. OURAGAN was close up early, then quit. ROVING EYE drew into a long lead, then quit when challenged. MEMANA had no mishaps. SATIN ROLLS showed speed while racing WHOOSH into defeat, borp out slightly at the turn and then held on well. DIN was placed under pressure in the stretch while racing on the outside and closed gamely. MILLCHIC.was going fast at the end and finished in a dead heat with BELLE HIGH. The latter, on the outside in the last eighth, showed good form. WHOOSH had a flash of early speed, then quit. BROTHER HIGHER was in close quarters going to the turn. HUGOOD closed some ground. EYE HIGH was sent up on the outside on the far turn and then closed gamely through the stretch. BLACKY BEE was in close quarters on the far turn and finished well. STAR STRUCK had no mishaps.
