Marshall Cassidy will leave for New York on Friday evening and pass upon last minute applications for licenses for jockeys and trainers. The exodus to Havre de Grace from here reached the peak point Thursday afternoon. Among those who transferred over during the morning were Pat Brady with the Kugel-man horses, H. G. Bedwell, J. B. Bond, Marshall Smith, Ed Christmas and others.
