LOS ANGELES TIES RECORD LOS ANGELES, Calif., April 22. By routing the San Diego Padres, 7 to .0, yesterday, the Los Angeles Angels registered their nineteenth straight victory and thus equaled a thirty-six-year-old record in the Pacifio Coast League. Lee Stine yielded but four hits while the winners garnered eleven. One of the important cogs in the Angels club this year is Jim "Ripper" Collins, former Cubs first sacker.
