BOYLE HAVRE VISITOR HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., April 22. Al J. Boyle, president of the Charles Town Jockey Club, was present for racing Saturday. Mr. Boyle reports that applications for stall space at Charles Town have been coming into his offices steadily for the meeting which will follow the Maryland Jockey Club meeting.
