l 5 t 7 INCREASE FHA FUND WASHINGTON, D. C, April 22 The Senate Banking Comn.ittee has given its approval to increase the mortgage insurance limit of the Federal Housing Administration ,000,000,000. In addition, this body voted to require payment of "prevailing wage scales" on all FHA insured multi-family and all apartment buildings costing more than 0,-i 000. A limit was also placed on .FHA insur-i ance on homes already constructed to 25 per cent, of FHA funds.
